Legacy Harbour Marina is being redeveloped on the Caloosahatchee River in downtown Fort Myers after Hurricane Ian. AIRN Management, LLC is partnering with Bellingham Marine to rebuild with modern dock systems, expanded infrastructure, and 131 slips (40–150 ft) with potable water, in-slip pump-out, fire suppression, dock boxes, and single/three-phase power. Reopening is projected for Q1 2026.
